Kajian Kondisi Padang Lamun di Pulau Kelapa Dua Taman Nasional Kepulauan Seribu

Ekosistem lamun menjadi sumber kehidupan bagi biota laut yang berasosiasi didalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi ekosistem padang terdapat di Pulau Kelapa Dua, Taman Nasional Kepulauan Seribu. Stasiun pengamatan terbagi mejadi tiga stasiun, dan metode survey digunakan pengambilan data dengan menggunakan metoda line transek kuadran. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 4 jenis tersebar pada stasiun penelitian, yaitu; Thalassia hemprichii, Cymodocea rotundata, Halophila ovalis, Syiringodium isoetifolium. Presentase total penutupan berkisar antara 10,23-35,61%. Kerapatan 223,63-366,75 ind/m2 komposisi kerapatan tertinggi adalah jenisThalassia hemprichii terendah rotundata. Substrat ketiga substrat pasir pecahan karang (rubble). Indeks ekologi 1 memiliki keanekaragaman sedang, keseragaman ada medominasi. 2 rendah, mendominansi. 3 kesergaman tinggi, tidak dominasi. perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa perairan Dua Kepulauan, Seribu masih dalam stabil. Berdasarkan kriteria status Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 22 Tahun 2021 dikategorikan Miskin (<29,9%), yaitu 26,77%. Secara keseluruhan parameter hidro-oseanografi ekologinya dapat mendukung pertumbuhan lamun. Seagrass ecosystems are a source of life for marine associated therein. Based criteria status, Government Regulation Republic Number 2021, categorized as poor (<29.9%), which around 26.77%. Overall hydro-oceanographic parameters their conditions can support growth.
